OUR FITNESS CLASSES
A class for everyone! We have designed our fitness classes and schedule to fit everyone's needs. No matter what level you are, you can join any class and challenge yourself to meet your own personal goals.
POP PILATES & BARRE BASH
POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed.
Barre Bash is inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates for a fun, low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout.
Offered three times a week, because we believe core strength & flexibility is extremely important no matter what fitness journey you are on.
STRENGTH & CARDIO
We offer four different classes to choose from, because no one wants to repeat the same workout every day!
With the use of TRX bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, agility ladders, and much more, you will be sure to break a sweat and never plateau.
We have added a Tabata for Runners class on Friday mornings designed to improve running performance.
We still meet on Sunday mornings for our run! No matter your running goal, whether you want to run a 5k or a marathon, our certified running coach leads us through a warm-up to help improve our run, and then we run for as long as we feel! A few of our shorter distance runners stay behind to watch kids play on the playground, so no need to worry about childcare!
We sign up for a race every other month!
We meet at Bob Eden Park every Sunday at 7:30am & second group starts at 8:30am!
We have all heard of Zumba, and if you have taken this calorie-burning dance fitness class, you know the instructor is everything! Yascara has 10+ years of experience as a certified Zumba instructor, and she brings ALL THE ENERGY! Our new favorite class of the week!
HIP HOP FOR DANCERS
Our hip-hop class is sure to give you a workout while also learning moves you can take to the club. We learn a different combo every week, so drop in at your own convenience! From intermediate to advanced, this class will keep you moving while also making new friendships with others around you. Previous dance/cheer/any form of memorizing choreography is recommended as we learn a new 45 second combo every week!
Taught by Kaitlyn, who was danced for UTSA Pom Squad 2008-09 and TCU Elite Dance Team 2010-12.
