A class for everyone! We have designed our fitness classes and schedule to fit everyone's needs. No matter what level you are, you can join any class and challenge yourself to meet your own personal goals.



POP Pilates & Barre Bash
POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed.
Barre Bash is inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates for a fun, low-impact, high-energy full-body workout.

Offered twice a week, because we believe core strength & flexibility is extremely important no matter what fitness journey you are on.
Strength & Cardio
We offer HIIT, high intensity interval training, twice a week! Members love this class as it incorporates both cardio and strength into one session. We start with a tabata, move into weights + cardio, & finish with core! This 30-minute class will keep your heart rate up to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout.
Led by our very own Army veteran, we're bringing military-style calisthenics to Wednesday evenings! Inspired by classic boot camp training, this class combines group-led exercises with rotating stations - some timed, some rep-based - featuring a fun mix of bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio.
Adult Dance Classes
Hip Hop: We teach a different combo every week, so drop in at your own convenience!
This intermediate level class will keep you moving while also making new friendships with others around you. Previous dance/cheer/any form of memorizing choreography is recommended as we learn a new 30-45 second combo every week!

Taught by Kaitlyn, who danced for UTSA Pom Squad 2008-09 & TCU Elite Dance Team 2010-12.

We now offer a jazz/contemporary class on Monday nights for the dancers who miss leaping, turning, and creative movement. We stretch, go across the floor, and then some choreography collab! A very relaxed, judge-free environment!
Personal Training
Enhance your performance with our personalized training sessions tailored to your fitness goals and schedule. Our experienced and NFPT certified coaches will guide you through each session to help you reach your full potential.

Pricing
Choose from a variety of training packages to suit your needs and budget. Options include 4 or 8 30-minute sessions for a quick workout boost, or opt for 4 or 8 1-hour sessions for a more intensive training experience.
