Service Description

Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings for our 6-week full-body boot camp! Every exercise will have a modification option, so perfect for all levels. As we do have most equipment, please bring your own desired dumbbell weight (if you are not sure what weight is suitable for you, please contact us). Mat is not required, but optional. Every participant gets 1/2 off additional adult fitness classes offered at Top Tier Athletics.
